Live on The Pantiles (Formerly Jazz on the Pantiles)
Every Thursday evening from now throughout the summer (and until the 12th of September), the bandstand at the Pantiles comes alive with a variety of music. You can dine and listen to Jazz, Blues, or other genres at one of the participating restaurants or attend as a spectator only. This event is now ticketed, so please plan your day before making the journey. You can get all the information from the official Pantiles events website.
Evening Drinks at The Pantiles
Summer drinks in the atmosphere of the Pantiles can make for a truly memorable experience. We recommend grabbing a late lunch at The Ragged Trousers Brasserie and Pub and staying for drinks. It’s got plenty of outdoor seating, a fantastic atmosphere, and one of the best bars in Tunbridge Wells, serving an excellent choice of drinks. Reserve a table in advance online, and enjoy beer, wine, or cocktails beneath a starry Pantiles sky!

The Pantiles Market
Experience the hustle and bustle of the famous Pantiles market with countless stalls stocking local produce, antiques, handmade and artisan crafts, and delicious treats. The Pantiles Market will be open two weekends per month throughout the summer, on Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 4pm. Check the Pantiles Market page for dates!
Cuba Libre Festival (1st and 2nd of June)
Join in the vibrant celebration of Latin culture at the Pantiles Cuba Libre festival! With cocktail-making masterclasses, live entertainment, free tasters, and drinks galore, this event has summer written all over it! You can also enjoy authentic Latin American food, ranging from sweet Mexican churros to complex Spanish paella and Argentinean dishes.
The Pantiles Antique & Vintage Fair (15th and 16th of June)
With more than 50 stalls dedicated to showcasing an amazing range of antiques and collectables, this free event at The Pantiles Market is not to be missed! As well as live music throughout the day, TV experts will be on hand for antique valuations.
The Makers Market (24th and 25th of August)
This special Pantiles Market weekend will feature handmade and locally produced goods. All purchases made at the Pantiles Makers Market support local talent and creativity. We recommend a pleasant stroll through the stalls to pick up a unique treasure or two before stopping at The Philanthropist for a coffee and pastry!
Local & Live on The Pantiles – Sussex Mews (August bank holiday weekend)
Local & Live is the biggest FREE music festival in Tunbridge Wells. Though most of the acts will be on the main stage at Calverley Grounds, there will also be a stage on Sussex Mews (outside The Sussex Arms). More details coming soon!
